About the Ghana Pentecostal and Charismatic Council homosexual prayer crusade
It is a three day prayer event scheduled from 30th June to 2nd July 2018. Furthermore, it aims to raise the consciousness of public opinion about grave social choices of Gay, Lesbian, Bisexual and Transgender (LGBT) rights in Ghana.
The General Secretary of the GPCC, Rev. Emmanuel T. Barrigah says homosexuality is demonic. Therefore, it is about time Christians pray ceaselessly for God to intervene.
He believes the pressure from Western countries to get Ghana and other African countries to embrace same-sex marriages are part of a bigger scheme to dominate the continent and that though they will show love to gays and lesbians, they will never support its legalization.
He urged all Ghanaians to join them as they intercede for the country to help curb this pressing issue.
