Amissah-Arthur Says Mahama Made Him Useless

Amissah Arthur speaks about his tenure.

Former Vice-President, Kwesi Amissah Arthur accuses President Mahama of rendering him ineffective. Furthermore, according to him, there was no definition for his role. Therefore, someone else was the Veep in his stead.

Moreover, he refused to name the person who was used as his replacement.
