AFRIMA 2018: Submission Of Songs To Commence On May 25

Monday, May 21, 2018 saw the unveiling of the  Calendar of events for the 5th edition of the All Africa Music Awards(AFRIMA).

The event was spearheaded by the African Union as paid a courtesy visit President  Akufo-Addo.

This year’s event is on the theme; “Africa is Music”

Meanwhile, organizers have set May 25 as the official opening day for the submission of works/song by African music professionals.

These will be songs which were released within the eligibility period as stated by the organizers.

They’ll then proceed and  compete for possible nomination in one or more of the 36 categories of the awards.

The final date for submission will however be  August 1,2018.
