Blakk Rasta on legalization of marijuana

Also, the musician stated that he never drank alcohol or smoked cigarettes. However, he believes, it is the way to go, in order to generate resources for the country.

Moreover, he suggested that the surest way to go about this easily is to build control state farms. Therefore, instead of the government focusing on one district one factory, they should introduce one district one large state farm.

He stated that he believes if the government heeds this advice they will have all the m0ney to effectively implement their flagship free SHS program without looking elsewhere for money since marijuana is a serious cash crop.
