Wanlov The Kubolor Names New Born After Ebony
It looks like the memories of the late dancehall act, Ebony Reigns will surely live on for a long time.
Ghanaian musician, Emmanuel Owusu-Bonsu, best known as Wanlov The Kubolor has named his newly born daughter after Ebony Reigns.
The “Konkonsa” hitmaker made this known when he took to twitter to share the news with Ghanaians.
According to him, he had a name in his mind with which he would have named his daughter. However, the daughter was born three days after the untimely demise of Ebony Reigns.
He therefore chose to name the baby after Ebony to immortalize the legacy, strength and love exhibited by the artist whiles she was alive.
Ebony Akosua Mansa is the name Wanlov has given to his daughter. He made this known on the 21st birthday of the late dancehall artiste.
Wanlov The Kubolor’s Tweet;
“Ebony my daughter was born 3 days after you passed on…i had a name for her, but that has changed…I hope Ebony Akosua Mansa lives up to your level of strength and love…happy birthday.” Wanlov The Kubolor wrote on his Twitter handle.
Wanlov has 5 children already; Abonsamposuro, Mali Wasty, Ama Manpi, Tivi Lili and Kojolescu Alata Mori with 5 different women. Ebony Akosua Mansa becomes the sixth child to be fathered by half of the dynamic FOKN Bois duo.
Ghanaian dancehall artist, Ebony Reigns died during the early hours of Friday, February 9. She was returning from Sunyani to Accra After paying a visit to her mother in the Brong Ahafo Region.
