First Ghanaian Lesbian Wedding Hits The Internet (Photos)
The first official Ghanaian lesbians wedding has hit the world wide web.
A lot of talks have taken place recently about Ghana’s stand on homosexuality. This was prior to President Akufo Addo’s interview with AL-Jazeera few weeks ago concerning the subject matter.
While many agreed with President Akufo-Addo’s position that the subject was not of concern now. Because it was not part of our national priorities, others have condemned him for saying Ghana may gradually get there.
This part of his speech, critics have argued, would only embolden gay people. But when we thought the whole debate about homosexuality was dying, it has been rekindled. This is however with the surfacing of a photo of two black ladies who looked like married couple online on Wednesday.
More On The Lesbian’s Marriage
The back story was that they were Ghanaian ladies, lesbians for that matter, who had wedded in the Netherlands (Holland).
The ladies(lesbians), wearing what looks like Kente cloth in ‘Kaba and Slit’ form, were seen kissing passionately like lovers do. This is visible in the photos that have gone viral on social media.
So we assume they are Ghanaians with the identity of the Kente Cloth, then that might actually be their traditional wedding.
It did not end there as they appeared to have held a white wedding as well.
Whiles one, presumably the man wore white suits, the other was clad in a white wedding dress.
