I spent GHc50k on decoration, $10k on dresses for my 10 years celebration – Gifty Osei

Gospel musician, Gifty Osei known as Empress has opened up about the money involved in her anniversary celebration.

She disclosed that she spent a whopping GHC50,000 just on decorations at her executive album launch.

She made these statements on Rainbow Radio’s Sokoo Hemaa Kukua. Also, Gifty Osei spent more than $10, 000 on her dress for the event which was widely publicized.

According to her, she splashed the huge sums on her 10th anniversary in music because it was a celebration of herself.

“As a musician, I do not want to copy people. I want to be unique in whatever I do. Therefore, I do things differently to pave way for others to follow,” Empress stated.

Gifty Osei admitted that she did not incur any cost during the shindig. Proper planning was involved to prevent them from not going overboard.

Artistes like Bernice Ansah, Abena Ruthy, Jack Alolomi, and Brother Sammy were all present to perform at the event.

Her current album titled “Ebenezer’ which was also launched during the occasion has ten(10) tracks, consisting of Prophecy, Adom, Ebibinnwom, Worship Medley, Praises Medley, Adom instrumentation, Ebibinnwom Instrumentation, Praises Instrumentation and Ebenezer.
