Maame Serwaa Appears On BBC For Her Role In TV3’s Drama Series, Sadia
Young Ghanaian actress, Maame Serwaa, known in real life as Clara Benson has caught the attention of the BBC in her latest role in a local drama series titled Sadia.
The BBC is making a children’s programme for children across the African continent. However, their main focus in Ghana, is the film and movie industry.
Maame Serwaa’s name appeared on the list of most popular young actors in Ghana. This was during a survey conducted by a crew from the British Broadcasting Corporation in Ghana.
According to a member of the crew, “all the children we spoke to love her and we want to share that love with the continent.” He said while documenting the actress on set.
Some of the children who the BBC crew spoke to, looked up to her as a role model. As a result, the crew just had to get in on the action, hence the decision to film her behind the scenes of ‘Sadia’.
Appearing on a huge platform like the BBC is definitely a great news for Maame Serwaa. This is definitely bound to shoot her already rocket high career to heights that only hard work and dedication in such a competitive industry can push one.
The young actress recently signed a mouthwatering contract with arts and entertainment company, Silvanus Records. This further puts her on the spot as the company has taken up her managerial duties.
One can definitely Serwaa is enthusiastic and delirious to see her career blossom at such a young age.
Maame Serwaa began her career in acting at a very tender age. She has won the hearts of many, both young and old with her impeccable roles in these movies.
She lost her mother last year but her passion and vision for her work saw her bounce back on her feet despite being so young.
