VIP & Chadder (The Freedom Movement) celebrate EID Mubarak (Sallah) with people in NIMA

Legendary Ghanaian music group VIP marks another year of their annual sallah give back program.

This years event was celebrated on the 24th of May, 2020,

And was different from their usual program outline.

This year’s theme for the celebration was Unity within Christian & Muslims.

Due to the ongoing coronavirus pandemic the musicians decided to partner with

Chadder the CEO of Freedom Movement to give back to the NIMA community,

As they preached about unity within Christian & muslims.

The climax of the event which is the show couldn’t come off  due to the president’s banned on social gathering.

Social distance was observed during the giveaways.

Gospel musician Jojo De Mens Out with first Album dubbed ‘YOU ARE HOLY’

Gospel singer Jojo De Mens in an exclusive chitchat with our entertainment desk gave us an insight on his first album tagged YOU ARE HOLY

The UK based Ghanaian contemporary gospel musician gave details, on the album by way of question and answers & these where a few of the questions we ask.

1. What’s the name of the album?

You Are Holy

2. What’s the inspiration behind?

All the songs were inspired by the Holy Spirit at certain times in my life, sometimes what might be happening in and around me

3. Why choose the name for the album.

As we draw inspiration from the holy trinity, we then have to pray and adhere to the instructions given, singing about the holiness of God and reminding ourselves of his holiness has become very imperative in our dispensation, Revelation 4, as John the revelatory saw, the things that he was shown were very serious and some people might say scary but in the midst of them all the holiness of God was still very paramount, that is part of the inspiration of writing and choosing “ YOU ARE HOLY “ as the title of the album.

4. How many songs do you have on the album?

There are 8 tracks on the album.

5. How many videos are you planning on shooting for the songs on the album?

There are 5 videos out already with more to come.

Mainly Koda of Koded studios in takoradi and Nana Kwasi of klasic beats in London.

Ghanaian Celebrities React to Actor Bishop Bernard Nyarko’s Death.

The Ghanaian movie industry is in shocked by the sudden death of actor Bishop Bernard Nyarko.

Since the news broke about his death many celebrities have reacted

Andy Dosty on Instagram posted a photo of Bishop Bernard Nyarko and wrote;

“Oh Lord, I don’t want to believe you’re gone. God be with you my friend”.

Musician Daddy Opanka under Andy Dosty’s post wrote;

“I just realized We are all in the queue of death, might not be our turn today, but surely someday, let’s live each day as if it’s our last knowing we will not be judged by how we die but by how we lived… RIP legend, Damirifa due! ????”.

Fameye also added; “????????????????????????Jesus”.

Actress Gloria Sarfo came through with;

“Huuuuuuuuh?????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????‍♀️????????”.

Tracey Boakye reacted; “????????‍♀️”.

Shocked Kojo Cue asked; “Oh how?”

Akuapem Poloo posted a throwback photo of herself and Bishop Bernard Nyarko and added; “My daddy I love you ????????????”.

Doubtful Akuapem Poloo then asked; “Noooo noooo somebody tell me this is fake news he can’t die how? @bishopbernardnyarko I won’t believe it”.

Reports available to ghanaquest.com has it that Ghanaian actor and pastor Bernard Nyarko is dead.

The sad news was shared in a post by a social media user name Nathaniel Totimeh

On Nathaniel Totimeh’s Facebook timeline, he sadly wrote;

“Hmmmm,we just lost a legend.Rest in peace Bishop Nyarko”.

The sudden death of the actor is unknown.

We promise to follow up on updates on the actors case.

We wish his family strength in this hard time.

Ghanaian business man and label manager Mr. Kassim Bamba marks another year as he celebrates his birthday today.

Mr. Bamba was once the producer for veteran Ghanaian musician Kokoveli under Bamba Records in 1998.

Re-established again in 2016 as the producer for rapper Fareed now Alhaji RaFeed.

He’s also the CEO of a shipping & clearing company at Tema called Galore Logistic

Galore Logistic was established in 2009, as an enterprise known as BR Trading Enterprise that was in the business of procuring agro commodities like raw cashew nut, sesame, maize and shear nut among other commodities. BR Trading rose to become a 3PL Company.
