Doom Prophecies Are ‘Killing’ Us – Choirmaster Cries Out

Ghanaian musician, Eugene Baah, popularly known as Choirmaster of Praye fame has

bemoaned the rate of doom prophecies by some popular ‘men of God’ about celebrities in

the country, especially at the beginning of each year

It has become common practice for men of God, particularly prophets, to speak publicly about the deaths of celebrities.

These negative prophecies about known figures is thought to be used by the prophets as

a means of marketing themselves.

In a chat with Graphic Showbiz about the psychological effect these prophecies have on

them, Choirmaster said people were tired of the negative prophecies that are “killing” people.

“Words are powerful and no one in their right senses will be happy about death proclamations on their life. The thought of you knowing that death awaits you especially when you are at the peak of your career will definitely break you down.

“Just imagine being told that you will die in the next few months, how could you even be in the right frame of mind to go about your daily life? You will be down knowing that death can snatch you at any moment and the thought of it can kill you if you are not strong minded,” he stated.

As a Christian, Choirmaster said he is a staunch believer in prophecies but he isn’t pleased

with current happenings.

“I think prophecies are real and true but the influx of false prophets in the system has also affected the credibility of prophecies. If we sieve and know the right prophets to listen to, we will receive the right prophecies. It’s unfortunate there are many false prophets in the system now”, he observed.

According to the ‘Obsession’ crooner, positive things energise people and that is the same with prophecies. “When a prophecy is positive, even if it hasn’t happened yet, you feel energised to work towards achieving it but same cannot be said of doom prophecies,” he stated.

#12 Gets 2018 Best Pick By Global Investigative Network

The most controversial and much talked about investigative expose’ into African football,

“Number 12” produced by Africa’s most revered undercover journalist, Anas Aremeyaw Anas

continues to make the headlines across the world.

Since it was premiered in Ghana on June 6th, 2018, the over two years of painstaking

investigative piece, which exposed massive corruption in football, culminating in the

resignation of the President of the Ghana Football Association Mr. Kwesi Nyantakyi from office

after he was captured receiving $65,000 from undercover journalist posing as a businessman,

has  continued to gain recognition.

The latest institution to recognize the impact of “Number 12” is the Global Investigative

Journalism Network, GIJN.

The GIJN which is an international association of journalism

organizations that support the training and sharing of information among investigative and

data journalists—even in repressive regimes and marginalized communities, named “Number

12” among best investigative stories that made the headlines in its “Editor’s Pick” series for the

year 2018 under review.

CHECK:https://www.ghafla.co.ke/gh/celebrities-spotted-at-video-showing-of-anas-number-12-documentary/

Editor of the GIJN, Raymond Mpubani compiling the “Editor’s Pick Series for 2018, noted that,

“in January, the Ghanaian journalist Anas Aremeyaw Anas hinted about a story that would

reveal secrets about some respected officials. The undercover reporter’s investigations usually

become the talk of the country, and many waited with anticipation”.

Mr. Mpubani added that, “but this time, the focus was not just Ghana.

The documentary, in partnership with the BBC’s Africa Eye, was released in June and

revealed that across the continent; nearly 100 football referees and officials were

filmed taking cash bribes ahead of important matches”.

According to him the massive impact of “Number12” and its relevance, stems from the

fact that “the two-year undercover investigation featured jaw-dropping scenes, including

recordings of a Kenyan World Cup-bound referee accepting $600 from a reporter acting as a

football association representative, and the top Ghanaian football official accepting $65,000

from a reporter posing as a businessman.

The team also showed how a referee who had accepted$700 from

a Ghanaian team “official” awarded a disputed penalty during an

African Champions League game in that team’s favor”.

The GIJN editor recounted that, “the president of the Ghana Football Association, Kwesi

Nyantakyi, however, resigned following the exposé, even as he denied any wrongdoing.

The international football governing body FIFA also temporarily suspended him for 135

days and launched an investigation into allegations in the documentary.

The Confederation of African Football also suspended a number of referees and Ghana’s

referee association issued eight-lifetime bans and 53 10-year bans”.

Since its inception in 2012, the GIJN is growing in huge numbers with 1200 attendees from

a record 130 countries at its last conference.

It also runs a highly competitive fellowship program to bring journalists from developing and

transitioning countries, and assist in regional workshops and conferences around the world.

Penis size doesn’t matter in lovemaking – Sex Coach

Dzifah Sweetness, a popular sex coach has stated that the size of the penis of her partner is really a no bother to her.

According to her, she does not really care about the size of the penis of her partner so far as he is able to please her sexually and make her reach an orgasm.

Dzifa made these revelations on e.TV Ghana’s adult entertainment program ‘IN BED WITH ADWENE’.

She further stressed that the size of the penis obviously does not matter during sex.

“It’s the positioning that matters. Get the sexual positioning right and you will sexually please the woman no matter how small or large her vagina is,” she said.

She reiterated her earlier assertion that the size of a man’s penis has nothing to do with his

ability to give pleasure or not.

She maintains that; “A woman may experience painful sex with a man with a huge penis and may have pleasurable and unforgettable sex with one with a rather small penis. In such a case, the woman will always run to the man with small manhood who gave her pleasurable and unforgettable sex.”

The debate about the link between the size of a man’s penis and his sexual performance has been a major topic of discussion for sometime now.

Whiles some women prefer bigger manhood, others prefer average or small.

The first was a collaboration with Bliss Eye Care, an Upper West NGO lead by Optometrist, Dr. Zakaria Alhassan Balure, to bring a free eye clinic to treat visually impaired children.

Wrapping up the three-day festival however was a concert, which was headlined by King Ayisoba and Wiyaala alongside local talents who also got their chance to shine.

In her speech, she acknowledged all who were there to support her.

“I want say thank you to the whole community of Funsi who helped me build the stage, the guys who volunteered to do security and maintained order, the artists who performed, the dancers, the children and especially Doctor Zak of Bliss Eye Care and King Ayisoba who travelled all the way from Accra to be with us. We’ll do it again in 2019, God willing!”
