In an exclusive interview with Nana Akua Addo, the award-winning chonco told Pulse.com.gh she has a plan for building a brand and does not go by the public request.

Despite having started gearing up for 2019 with a series of photos featuring a security personnel in the background, the conversation around one of Ghana’s most influential fashion icons in recent times has focused on her boobs in recent photos.

The Ghanaian mother explained in her interview with Pulse.com.gh there are a lot of background knowledge and techniques to what she does making people with limited knowledge make claims without facts.

For her, being a fashion icon is not just about the photos. It is a constant attempt and strategic means to make an impact that counts.

And these rumours will come along. She cites a few examples with Beyonce and Kim Kardashian having a different body outlook based on the location and idea for the photoshoot.

“No, I haven’t done a boob job,” Nana Akua Addo confirmed to Pulse.com.gh.

“There’s too much education we need to do about these things. We have proper undergarments and background knowledge that make these things work.”

“It doesn’t necessarily mean you’ve gone for a surgery,” she added. “I won’t stop doing this. There’s so much education we need to do and we need to learn. We are still learning.

“Before, they said I’ve done an ass surgery. They said I’ve done a waist surgery but when you see me, you’ll actually know I haven’t. Just let them talk,” Nana Akua said.

With fans wanting more of Nana Akua Addo’s fashion, the icon is not fazed by the rumours. Having gone on a low key for some time, she plans to come back with a bang.

mockery and persecution.

“I have been into the wilderness for 10 years. Wilderness means you are going through trials, I was preaching, doing evangelism but I was still in the wilderness.”

“Falling doesn’t mean you’ve sin but sometimes doubting God, you may say is that the same Lord who revealed himself to me, Lord, where are you that everybody has abandoned me, Lord where are you that nobody loves me as they used to say?,” he added.

Ghanaians Are Gradually Losing Interest In Gospel Music – A.F Benjamin

Budding gospel musician, AF Benjamin talks about gospel music in Ghana. Moreover, he believes strongly that Ghanaians are gradually losing interest in gospel music.

The singer attributed several reasons for his belief

Furthermore, according to him, gospel musicians lack passion and don’t wait on God for direction. Also, there is little investment of time and resources, poor quality of production and lack of appropriate platforms. Moreover, these ingredients are a necessity for gospel musicians to thrive and grow

He explained in a press release that,

“The time invested in production lately is little, look at the kind of songs we produce, see a song like “Borborliborbor”. The production is not the best. Most artists now don’t even go for waiting to hear from the Lord, they do as they wish leaving God behind.”

“We as gospel people lack the needed platforms as well. How many gospel centred shows do we have in this country. We need to sit up, cross our T’s and dot our I’s so we can propel the gospel to the ends of the earth.”

However, he expressed optimism about the future of gospel music in Ghana. This is because even though there are challenges, the industry has grown tremendously over the years and still has more room to cover.
