Government through the Ministry of Tourism, Culture and Creative Arts, declared Ada a tourism enclave. Ada is an area within the Dangme East District of the Greater Accra Region,

Moreover, the declaration forms part of the Ministry and Ghana Tourism Authority’s (GTA) relentless efforts to boost Ghana’s tourism potential.

It is part of efforts to make tourism the “big game changer” for the economic fortunes of Ghana and Ada.

Ghanaian musician, Sista Afia’s ‘Queen Solomon’ Xplode concert came off at the Westhills mall. Moreover, this doubled as her album launch party. Many people further described the concert as one of the best organized and successful events in the year.
