Make Sure You Launch Your Next Album Privately Like Your Wedding — Angry Fan Tells Sarkodie

Some Sarknatives are obviously angry with their boss, Sarkodie about his way of handling his marriage.

An angry fan of Sarkodie has expressed his anger at the way the SarkCess Music boss handled his marriage ceremony.

Sarkdie got married to his long time girlfriend and Baby Mama, Tracy over the weekend.

However, as has become very typical of most celebrities, the wedding was strictly by invitation.

That aside, there was a delay in the release of official photos from the ceremony for the fans to also glance at.

After several hours of delay, Sarkodie posted some photos of his marriage with the caption; “As intimate as I want it, My fans deserve to see these priceless moments in my life, Thank you”.

A Facebook user, with name Ofori-Krah Arabio however got angry and decided to tell Sarkodie his mind.

Ofori-Krah Arabio, replied; “Next time when you are set to release an album, make sure you invite all those who attended the wedding and launch it with them privately like the wedding. Let Strongman be the MC. You can’t take we ur fans for granted”.

We cannot establish whether Ofori is a true Sarknative or not, but from all indications he didn’t like the way Sark handled this ceremony.

Perhaps, Ofori believes it would have been a bit prudent if Sarkodie had at least invited a few SarkNatives to also have a feel of his much-awaited glamorous wedding.

I Am Ready To Shoot Porn Movies – Fiifi Mensah

Prolific video director,John Fiffi Mensah has said that he has no problem shooting porn movies if the offer is good.

“I have not come across any private company or individual who needs my services but I would not hesitate to shoot it. I am professional at what I do and it’s no big deal for me,” he told Graphic Showbiz in an interview.

Fiifi Mensah has worked with some of Ghana’s top musicians. He has shot music videos like Stonebwoy’s Mightylele and Run, Shatta Wale’s Low Tempo, Sarkodie’s Baby Mama, Guru’s Problem, MzVee’s Come and See My Moda, among others.

He is also the man behind the shooting of movies such as I Love You But, Selfie, Apples and Bananas and The Corner.

Asked if shooting porn will not affect his brand, John said it wouldn’t because those who have worked with him can testify that he is good at what he does.

“Anyone I have worked with in the past wouldn’t have a problem with me because I shot a porn movie. In fact I would be building my C.V if I shoot good porn and those who love it appreciate it. My services will be required internationally,” he said.

Won’t he be aroused shooting such a movie? John responded that “I don’t think I will have any sexual feelings because I am professional at what I do. Secondly I have shot semi-nude videos and this one will be no different,” he said.

Talking about his job, John said shooting videos pays well depending on who you are working with

“I will always prefer to shoot music videos than movies because the musicians understand the work better. A musician spends very well on a music video compared to the movie people,” he disclosed.

According to him, it saddens him when Ghanaian musicians travel outside the country to shoot music video. Meanwhile a good director can do the same job with the same budget in Ghana.

“When I shot Stonebwoy’s Mightylele, many thought I shot it in South Africa but I made it clear that everything happened in Ghana. It’s about time we start believing in our own,” he added.

John Fiifi sees himself going global in the next three years after serving the industry for the past seven years.

He disclosed that he has been getting calls from Nigeria and other African countries to shoot music videos. Adding that it’s a positive sign that he will get there soon.

10 Incredible Benefits of Cuddling That Make You Want to Cuddle Now

Few weeks ago, we brought you an article on ‘8 Awesome Cuddle Positions Couples Need To Try’. We sure hope you did enjoy it and have already started practicing some of them with your partner.

We all know it’s difficult to find time to relax in today’s hectic world. Many even sacrifice their time for intimacy to work more hours. But intimacy with others is one of the essential elements to make human beings happier.

Today, however, just for more understanding of what cuddling really does to the body, we’ve decided to bring you some benefits of cuddling. Why is the a need for me to cuddle or for me and my partner to cuddle?.

Cuddling is one of the easiest ways to experience the intimacy we need with our loved ones. Along with so many benefits, it’s definitely something that can’t be sacrificed. Cuddling is not just for women, men long to cuddle as much as women do.

There are many surprising benefits of cuddling, it’s good for your body and soul. Read these 10 benefits below and don’t forget to hit the comment box and let us know your thought about this article.

1. Release a Feel-Good Hormone

Oxytocin is a hormone that does everything from making you feel good to helping you feel connected to others. Oxytocin is crucial in the act of cuddling, as you’ll see from its benefits popping up in the list below.

2. Boost the Immune System

The release of oxytocin, this feel-good hormone makes you feel like nothing can hurt you—which is an amazing benefit! It also increases hormones that help fight infection. Basically, you’re boosting your immune system because you’re feeling too good and healthy to get sick.

The power of positive thinking—and feeling loved and secure—actually works!

3. Relieve Pain

Just as it boosts your immune system, cuddling and releasing oxytocin will decrease your pain levels. It’s like whenever your neck hurts, you rub it. Even simple touches like that release enough oxytocin to make you feel better, so imagine the effect cuddling has — a full body contact with another human.

4. Lower the Risk of Heart Disease

Stress management coach and holistic therapist Catherine A. Connors says,

Hugging increases oxytocin levels, which is a ‘bonding’ hormone—this chemical reaction can help to reduce blood pressure, which in turn reduces the risk of heart disease.

Your heart is happier and not working as hard to combat the effects of stress and sickness, you’ll be healthier, longer.

5. Reduce Social Anxiety

Oxytocin inspires positive thinking. It helps you have an optimistic outlook on the world. Which means when you get a hug right as you arrive at the party where you only know one person, you’re going to feel happier and more social going in. You’ll feel like you can charm everyone at the party. And with oxytocin coursing through your system, you will!

6. Deepen Your Relationships

Communication is important in relationships, but people often forget how effective and meaningful touch can be.

When your career is so stressful you come home and can’t stop thinking about the job, you’re taking a negative toll on your relationship. Instead, imagine coming home and cuddling with your partner for even ten minutes a day. This brief break from the stress of everyday life will not only give you all the other benefits listed here, but will also deepen your relationship. You’ll be taking time to focus solely on your partner and what you feel for them.

7. Lead to Further Intimacy

Even non-erotic touch can release dopamine, which is a hormone that increases sexual desire. Getting a sweet hug or massage from your partner after a long day can lead to more, which is win-win for both of you! Regular sexual activity will strengthen your relationship as well.

Also, sex is a good stress reliever, and an easy way to get in some physical activity.

8. Help Mothers Bond

Oxytocin is in relation to childbirth and breastfeeding. This chemical doesn’t just inspire good feelings between couples; it also works for women and their babies. Oxytocin helps relax the mother, so that breastfeeding may come more easily.

9. Help You Sleep Better

Whether you’re spooning all night long or just cuddling with your partner for 10 minutes before you go to sleep — triggers your body to release oxytocin that helps you bond with your partner and relieve stress.

When you’re not so anxious, and more relaxed, you’re likely to fall asleep faster and have better sleep.

10. Reduce Stress

Oxytocin is an amazing natural hormone that has so many benefits for the human body. It’s only natural that all these positive effects are going to release stress, also.

You’re feeling more connected with your partner, you’re feeling confident in social situations, your immune system is stronger— nothing can stress you out. You have a great, cuddle-filled, loving life.

Cuddling Is for Everyone

Cuddling doesn’t have to be between you and your romantic partner. It doesn’t even have to be with another person—you can rub your own shoulders! You can also hug friends or play with your pets.

If you don’t want to be social or don’t have a furry friend, never fear! You can take a warm bath or get a massage. Feeling warm and connected by some sort of touch is enough to release oxytocin into your system and get you feeling good.

“Walk The Talk” – Shirley Frimpong-Manso Tells Government

Shirley Frimpong-Manso talks about the movie industry.

Award-winning filmmaker, Shirley Frimpong Manso talks about government’s role in the Ghana film industry. Furthermore, she stated that it would take some major move for her to convinced her that the once vibrant sector can bounce back.

However, Shirley Frimpong Manso is part of the stakeholder meetings to revive the industry. She believes government has not done enough in addressing the challenges of the movie industry. She made these statements to Showbiz.

Shirley Frimpong-Manso on the Ghana movie industry and government

“To be honest, when it comes to the film industry, it’s been too much talk and little action. Before they come into power, politicians talk a lot and make a lot of promises but when they come to power, there are no results.

They come and use the creative people; the musicians, actors and others and yet when the time comes to act, not much is done. Things are worse off in the movie industry now and government needs to do better for us.”

Furthermore, Shirley believes that players in the industry have done enough to draw government’s attention.

“Over the years, we have proven that we are capable of doing this with the little resources we have. Although things were not perfect in the past, we did it anyway because we wanted to show that we could do it. And I believe we have done enough, the English movie industry has shown that, Kumawood has done so too.

“There are talented creative people who are getting recognition both home and abroad, the AMVCAs and AMAAs we have won have shown we are capable of competing at the highest level and we were hoping that government would notice.

“We have spoken to government, we have tried to entice them but nothing has happened. There are no polices in place to protect the industry and the little we have left; we allow every foreign content onto our screens and expect that local producers still compete. Nobody seems to care.”

Akorfa Edjeani about divorcing and dating

“Well I’m still young, I probably will remarry so I don’t think I’ll ever regret divorcing my ex-husband. For now I’m seeing someone else. You’ll never get everything you’re looking for in a man. My ex husband and I aren’t fighting, we still talk because our divorce wasn’t a bitter divorce, we understood each other and decided to get the divorce. We’re still friends.

“My ex-husband never had money but I was ok with him. If you’re a good wife and your husband doesn’t have enough money and you can support why not. For me I don’t marry because of money, I don’t love a man because of his money. If you’ve money it’s a bonus. If you’re a street sweeper and I think I like you and I’m in love with you, I’ll even buy the brooms for you to sweep the streets with.”
