Video: Ebony’s Boyfriend And Her Manager Perform Her Songs At Pent Hall Week In Her Memory

Y’all can just imagine the enthusiasm and liveliness Ebony could have exerted to perform at the 2018 Pent Hall week had she been alive.

Of course, we’ve seen how she thrilled fans and all music lovers throughout her short music career.

She always left a mark wherever she performed, making patrons craving for more.

The 2018 Pent Hall Week which began in late February, was climaxed over the weekend.

As usual, some top artistes were on the bill to thrill patrons of the event.

You don’t need to be told that Ebony Reigns would have definitely been on that bill had she still been alive and in Ghana.

However, her absence was not entirely missed at this year’s Pent Hall week’s celebration.

Her Manager, Ricky Nana Agyemang, popularly called Bullet was at the event.

With him was Ebony’s ‘boyfriend’ O Gee. Together, both performed on some of Ebony’s songs including her gospel song ‘Aseda’

The pair thrilled as the crowd cheered them on.

It was obvious that the performance was emotional but it also served as a tribute to the late songstress.

Meanwhile, the final funeral rites and burial service for the late dancehall queen is slated for March 24.

The venue has also been changed from the Black Star Square to the Forecourt of the State House, Accra.

Watch O Gee and Bullet’s performance below;

Shatta Wale Releases New Song, ‘Shito’

Shatta Wale released a new single.

As Ghana marked 61 years since independence, the Dancehall artiste Shatta Wale released a new song.

The song’s title is Shito.

Moreover, it seems the song is a response to Stonebwoy’s latest single.

In the single, Stonebwoy took shots at Shatta for being disrespectful.

Furthermore, if there’s one thing to know about Shatta, it is he doesn’t take any insult lying down. Therefore, the might be the response.

About Shatta’s song Shito

In ‘Shito’, Wale attacks Stonebwoy for being jealous of him. He indicates that his signing for Zylofon Media has ‘pained’ him like pepper.

Furthermore, it was produced by Da Maker.

Stonebwoy And Asamoah Gyan Collaborate On New Single ‘Dirty Enemies’

The song between Stonebwoy and Asamoah Gyan is here.

Dancehall star, Stonebwoy and Black Stars captain Asamoah Gyan have a new song together.

The song’s title is ‘Dirty Enemies’. Furthermore, the song is produced by MOG Beatz. It is exciting to see Asamoah Gyan out with another song. This is because the last song he was on had Castro. Therefore, it is nice to see him venture back into the music scene.

In the single, ‘Dirty Enemies’, Stonebwoy goes in hard on his enemies.

However, a lot of people are sure the lyrics are about his nemesis and current labelmate Shatta Wale.

Moreover, this perception comes from the lyrics in the song. This is because the content relates with what has been happening in the country.

Lyrics from Stonebwoy ft Asamoah Gyan, Dirty Enemies

“See them, they killin our youth, dissing the mothers and mocking the prophets”.

“Somebody tell me the truth, after killin them then what is the profit. One thing I want you to do, run for your life before you end up in a casket…. Our enemies den dirty enemies”

Video: I’ve Seen Things About Shatta Wale But I Never Prophesied That He Will Die – Prophet Nigel

Prophet Nigel Gaisie, has debunked rumors and publications about him concerning Shatta Wale.

Few weeks ago, there was chaos all over social media as the Prophet’s name made so many headlines.

According to publications Prophet Nigel had prophesied that dancehall act, Shtta Wale will die before the end of this year.

This led to a lot of backlashes and controversies as everyone shared their views on the matter.

However, the Prophet, in a recent interview says, he never prophesied anything of that sort.

The Prophet insisted that he has never prophesied that Shatta Wale will die.

According to him, he has had visions about Shatta Wale but he doesn’t want to go there.

He was speaking in on the latest episode of ‘After Hours’ on TV3 with Mikki Osei Berko.

The Prophet also added that he is not prophesying because of popularity as many believe. But that he’s doing so because he has been released and has an assignment to fulfill.

Prophet Nigel Gaisie is the Founder and leader of the True Fire Prophetic Ministry (TFPWM). He’s noted for predicting the untimely death of the late dancehall star, Ebony Reigns.

There are other reports that the Prophet has prophesied that Ghana is going to lose a first lady this year.

Celebrity Blogger, Ameyaw Debrah Does Traditional Marriage

Ameyaw Debrah is off the market.

The CEO of Ameyaw Debrah Media married his baby mama Elsie Darkoa at a beautiful ceremony in Accra. It was the traditional wedding ceremony.

Furthermore, the traditional wedding ceremony was attended by family and few friends.

Moreover, according to reports, the white wedding of Ameyaw Debrah and Elsie will happen this Saturday in Accra.

Also, the two before their marriage ceremony had been blessed with a son, Nathan.

Furthermore, to celebrate his engagement, Ameyaw took to his website to express his joy.

So as Ghana celebrates 61 years of Independence, I have decided to lose my Freedom by taking the bold step of marriage .

It has been a long time coming. But I have found the right woman who completes me in all kinds of ways. My darling Darkoa, mother of my son Nathan and the woman who challenges me to be better in many ways.

So yes I can say I’ve lost my independence but it’s only the beginning of a journey that can only be a blessing, a blessing to me, and a blessing to our families.

Daddy I wish you were here to see your son grown into a ‘man’ (like Society would say). Although you are not here to perform your father duties on this day, your brothers and family performed it beautifully on your behalf. I wore one of your favourite cufflinks in your memory.

Soon I’m heading out of your house, a home I grew up in, depending on you and eventually running it. And like Aplus (Ghana’s only real social commentator) mischievelously revealed, it was a home where I even grew grey in unmentionable parts…. yes I still have my sense of humour.

Finally, I want to thank those who came to support me on our day, and to the Yobo family for allowing me to be part of your family and you a part of mine.

Thank you A

Let’s Get Our Priorities Straight – John Dumelo About Independence Day Celebrations

Well, it seems John Dumelo isn’t a fan of the Independence Day celebration.

Yesterday was Ghana’s Independence Day. While the whole country was celebrating, however, not a lot of people were happy about what was going on in the country.

Furthermore, John Dumelo is one of those people who are critical of the celebrations.

Moreover, John Dumelo went on social media to attack the Independence day celebrations. He claimed that the government doesn’t have its priorities straight in budgeting ‘millions’ for it.

In a tweet, Dumelo listed some problems with the country and said there’s nothing to be celebrated on this day.

“…There’s nothing to celebrate. Pupils lie on their stomachs to study in Yikurugu, UER, teachers teach IT with no computers all over the country etc. Yet we budget millions to celebrate 6th March? Ghana without aid starts with us getting our priorities straight.”

However, a lot of people are giving the actor the side eye.

This is because they feel like why didn’t he say these things when his party, NDC, was in power.

A lot of people think it’s hypocritical of him to state these thing. This is especially in light of the scandals that plagued that presidency.

However, there are people that believe in his sentiment.

So let us know what you think, is he right?

“Y’all A Bunch Of Idiots And Hypocrites” – Jupitar Slams VGMA Board

Flash Back

Last year, Jupitar picked up the Best African Act award at the 15th edition of the annual Urban Music Awards in UK. He beat strong competitors including Tiwa Savage, Tekno, Yemi Alade, & Others to emerge winner.

Jupitar’s tweet below;
