19 Year Old Ghanaian Produces Movie Titled ‘Hours To Graduate’

A 19-year old Ghanaian lady has set a record of producing her own movie dubbed ‘Hours to Graduate.

Just when most industry players were beginning to up any hope of ever reviving what they call a dead Movie Industry, a teenager pops up to lighten our hearts.

Vendy Asamoah is a level 200 student of the Ghana Institute of Journalism. Her name will go into the history books of Ghana as the first teenager to produce her own movie.

Vendy, is also the co-writer of the script. Speaking in an interview, said she is very thankful and pleased to have done such work to inspire the youth and forth coming generation. ” well, in as much as there are lots of humor, it touches on issues such as true friendship and inferiority after teenage baby delivery” she added.

The movie will soon be shown in various campuses across the country.

Hours to Graduate features some great talents like Jess Haddarah of Bambini show fame among others.
