I Don’t See Any Ghanaian Rapper As Competition – FlowKing Stone
Sensational Hip-Life rapper, FlowKing Stone says there’s no rapper in Ghana who puts him on his toes.
According to the ‘Go Low’ hitmaker, there’s so far no Ghanaian rapper who forces him to stay active, alert, and focused in the music industry.
He made this revelation on Hitz FM’s Daybreak Hitz with host Andy Dosty. When asked him if he sees any rapper as a competition to push him to work harder.
The ‘Fire Bon Dem’ crooner answered that when it comes to competition in the music industry, the only tough rapper he knows is ‘FlowKing Stone’(himself).
Stone continued that, ‘for my level, none; I am just being real honest. I listen to Eminem so what will you do? I listen to myself so what will you say?’ he queried.
He however revealed that his favorite rapper is Lil Wayne. FlowKing urged radio and TV presenters in the media to support underground artistes rather than focusing on ‘unhealthy’ beefs which will affect the industry.
He also debunked the assertion that he is better than any rapper in the country because; ‘people will always keep to themselves who they feel is the best. People will always choose for themselves. It’s not right for me to judge,’ he said.
