The CNN MultiChoice African Journalist Competition is the most prestigious and respected Award for journalists across the African Continent. This year was no different as the crème journalists were awarded at a pompous event held on Saturday evening in South Africa.

Kenya was lucky to have one of her leading journalists recognized at the awards ceremony. NTV’s Rose Wangui Wambui Kurema were honoured on the World stage among their peers in what is arguably the most prestigious and respected award for Journalists across the African continent. They took home the CNN/Multichoice African Journalist of the year awards in the Television features category.
