Former Nation Journalist Is On The Run After Being Charged With Killing His Wife A Former NTV Reporter, Father Forced To Use Social Media To Trace Him

The murder of former NTV reporter Sarah Wambui Kabiru is one of the longest running sagas in Kenya.

Her husband Moses Dola who at the time had been dropped from his work as a journalist at Nation was the main suspect and was charged with her murder. Evidence pointed that the two had deep rifts and Sarah had considered leaving the marriage.

A publicized court case ensued and then several hiccups including Moses Dola skipping bail severally ensured in dragged on and on and at one point with a new judge the trial started afresh. Now it appears, Moses Dola who has since converted to Islam is on the run again and nowhere to be traced.

A desperate father has now turned to social media to ask people to help him and police locate the whereabouts of Dola who now goes by the name Musa Muhammad Dola.

This is John Kabiru’s plea which has elicited sympathy and pledges of support from Facebook users. The family has been struggling with the pain and loss since 2011 and the wounds are still fresh especially as their pursuit of justice is derailed at every turn.
