Final Farewell For Muhammed Ali As His Body Arrives In His Hometown For Burial Today (Photos)

Muhammed Ali’s journey on earth comes to an end today as he’s laid to rest today in his hometown of Louisville in Kentucky State, USA.

Boxing great Muhammed Ali died last Friday in a hospital in Arizona after a 32-year battle with Parkinson’s disease.

Ali’s remains were flown from Phoenix to Louisville on Thursday. Thousands lined up on roads to take photos of the procession as it snaked through Louisville roads.

Mourners have today gathered at a convention space in Freedom Hall for the funeral service of the world’s greatest boxer ever lived.

Mohammed Ali will be buried today at Cave Hill Cemetery. Questions have however been why Ali wasn’t buried within 24 hours as required by Islamic rituals.
