Emmy Kosgei Embraces Nigerian Culture; She Now Rocks Traditional Attire (PHOTO)

After her grand wedding to her Nigerian husband, songbird Emmy Kosgei naturally became a Nigerian woman (an Igbo, for that matter). To that effect, Emmy has been spotted rocking some dazzling Igbo women attire complete with the head gear.

Last Sunday, being a Special Sunday for women at her Church, Emmy stepped out in a blue mermaid iro (wrapper) with a matching buba (blouse) and a white gele (head tie) and accessorized with a brass bangle. An everyday wrapper is made from inexpensive cotton, dyed locally and is either woven or batikdyed, and often imported (like Emmy’s).

Take a look;
