Elani Gets Into Much Bigger Trouble For Exposing The Discrepancies With MCSK

Singing trio started war with MSCK and now they are in much bigger trouble!

Elani emerged from their cocoon of silence to attract the attention of the entire country as they went HAM on Music Copyright Society of Kenya (MSCK).

The trio faulted the music body for their misery saying MCSK conned them when they demanded royalties from their songs.

MCSK chairman Bernard Mukaisi told the Star the organization would press for investigations into the claims Elani made.

The chairman said Elani didn’t follow due procedure which requires them to write a letter to finance committee which would be forwarded to the board, if they felt they were not adequately paid.

He added that their claims would be subjected to criminal investigations and if it’s found Elani laid, they would be charged.
