Dr Ofweneke Explains Why He Decided To Propose To His Fiancée While They Were Both Naked

“I proposed Naked” was the statement Dr Ofweneke said that had the whole office burst into fits of laughter.

Dr Ofweneke revealed that the reason he decided to propose to his lady in this unconventional way was that he wanted to make his proposal unique and unforgettable.

“It was the best most unique way.” He said describing his proposal before adding” Everybody is busy doing flowers, people are doing helicopters while others are doing hotels. That’s cliché. It’s been done. Actually I had an idea, I was going to propose on the KICC helipad, arrange a table and bring Sauti Sol, or Hart the band.

So instead I thought of doing something memorable so I bought a very expensive ring, if your woman is worth it whatever you spend on her your will never feel it.”

He then went on to add that after buying the ring, he had to come up with a way of proposing. So he woke up the following morning, created an argument and they both went into the shower, arguing feverishly. “Both of us were naked and still arguing. When she soaped her face, her eyes closed when she was bending and washing her face I rushed off to grab a ring then I proposed. She slapped me then said ‘yes’ ” he said.
