DP Ruto Fires Back At The Star Newspaper Over Gideon Moi’s Uncircumcised Taunt
Deputy President William Ruto has locked horns with the son of retired President Moi over their choice of candidates in Kericho Senatorial by-election. The Star newspaper added fuel in the already blazing inferno!
Baringo Senator and Kanu Chairman, Gideon Moi, is supporting Paul Sang for the March 7th Kericho senatorial by-election while Deputy President William is rooting for JAP’s Aaron Cheruiyot.
The two leaders have publicly disagreed on different occasions over their choice of candidates. The Star newspaper claimed Ruto said Gideon Moi was uncircumcised.
Arap Samoei caught hormones with the headline on the front page of the Star newspaper and he decided to fire back.
Ruto tweeted to express his disapproval of the Star’s screaming headline saying he understood ‘sales matters’.
“My statements have never been about trivialities like circumcision but as always the STAR is at it. I understand sales matter. “Isorait!” Tweeted DP Ruto.
