Did Tanzania’s Rose Muhando Denounce Christianity After Years Of Meticulous Singing? Here Is The Whole Truth

2015 has been one of those years that Tanzanian songbird Rose Muhando would always want to forget. Scandal after another, controversy after controversy have defined her life to date. You remember the abortion rumour? The rumour greatly threatened her music career.

She would later come out to explain why she had to do what she did.

And before the dust even settles, Rose Muhando is yet again in the front pages of blogs and papers. This is after rumour went round that the talented gospel singer has denounced Christianity and that she is going back to Islam.

These freshest allegations come when the singer is doing a collabo with Kenya’s Ljay Maasai, a gospel wonder boy who is quickly rising in the music industry in Kenya.

This is the reason why Ghafla! Kenya sought to know from Ljay Maasai whether indeed Rose Muhando had denounced Christianity.

Rose has been in the country for the collabo but when we contacted Ljay he said she left three days ago.

The singer, however, said that he is surprised to hear such rumours. Ljay says that it is the first time he is hearing such a thing.

“You have worked with Rose a few days ago, did you hear her say anything related to that?” I asked Ljay Maasai. He responded by saying that Rose has been dedicated like never before. She has not been complaining about anything.

Efforts to reach out to Rose proved futile as we could not track her on phone.
