Cons That Caused The Wild Rush To Kasarani Stadium Nabbed After They Stupidly Fell For An Open Trap (Photos)
The days of a thief are numbered (Hope I translated that right). Scams that sparked the rush to Kasarani Safaricom Stadium were netted by police after they blindly walked into a trap.
A few days ago, an NGO, Sub-Saharan Africa Safe Promotion Foundation-International (SSASP), attracted the attention of Kenyans after it announced it was going to solve the chronic disease ailing Kenya, unemployment.
SSASP claimed it was going to employ over 20,000 Kenyans if they dared show up at Kasarani Stadium. That was the only requirement by the way, physical appearance and you get a job!
The offer being sweater than honey from Baringo attracted thousands of job seekers as well as the media and government’s attention.
The fear of another mega Pyramid Scheme prompted NGOs Coordination Office to set up a trap to nab top official of SSASP.
SSASP officials were stupid enough not to ask themselves why NGOs Coordination Office declined to register them demanding to meet its top official at their offices first.
Blinded by the smell of easy money from Kenyans, SSASP rushed to NGOs Coordination Office to register their organization so that they could convince doubting thomases they were legit and probably con more.
But cops were eagerly waiting for their arrival. And when they finally showed up, they were arrested and taken to CID headquarters to be grilled.
