Coastal MP Caught On Camera Harrasing NTSA Officers When Caught Up In A Driving Under Influence Scuffle

Another MP has been caught behaving rather dishonorably and interfering with public servants in their line of duty.

The MP, Gunga Mwinga was infuriated when he was stopped by officers of the National Transport Safety Authority so that his driver could undertake an Alco-blow test.

The driver failed the test and when he was arrested for questioning the MP went ballistic. He threatened the officers and caused a scene before he later somehow realized the folly of his behavior and ended up supporting the move and even leaving a message for other drivers. Here is the video;
