Citizen TV’s ‘Machachari’ Star Roughed Up by Bouncers
Run-in with bouncers at the club is not something from Mars and from time-to-time guys have found themselves in the bad books of the joints they are hanging out at and had to face the mean-looking big fat guy standing in front of the doorway. This is the awkward situation that ‘Machachari’ star found himself in.
So yesterday Stitch who plays Babgee in Citizen TV’s award-winning show, ‘Machachari’ and his friends Makosa (of NTV’s “Prankstars”), DJ Edu Tee, DJ Most Wanted and others decided to attend Willy M Tuva’s “Wakilisha East Africa” gig at Tribeka. On arrival, the bouncers, who thought the actor is either a hobo or underage, acted all bossy and denied him and his crew entrance but later did so after a lengthy argument.
Seeing this, some of his friends, already pissed by the bouncer’s “stupid ego moment” (as his manager terms it) decided to let Stitch check in and go have a word with Tuva.
However, before checking in, as it is the club’s policy on outside drinks, they leave their Viceroy bottle with the bouncers and go in to enjoy the show.
After a night of gratification Stitch and his crew check out only to find out that the bouncer has drunk the whole Viceroy and even starts showing them some attitude when they enquired about their drink. The bouncer feeling the urge to pummel him to mush then starts roughing up the boys with his fellow bouncers.
Felling overpowered, Stitch and his boys walked way; and now questions, “What happened to bouncers learning the etiquette required in doing their jobs?”
