Miss Kiguta is known for rocking one of the longest mbalases (weaves) this side of the Sahara but she is ditching the long strands of hair and joining the natural hair movement.

Natural hair movement has become a big thing among black women who are increasingly getting rid of the weaves and embracing their God-given locks, kinks and all.

For those of us whose hair is like Miley Cyrus-can’t be tamed- all we can do is watch the movement from the sidelines patting our perms.
