Churchill Show & Raw Biggest Winners for TV Awards

Churchill Show and its sister Churchill Raw are still the stand-up comedy shows to beat thanks to their dominance on TV.

This was revealed a few hours ago when the nominees for this year’s Kalasha Film & TV Awards were unveiled. The two NTV shows were nominated in the category; Best Stand Up Comedy and will square it out with the likes of Vioja Mahakamani, Vitimbi and Classmates.

Meanwhile, Churchill Raw’s MC Jessy (Jasper Muthomi) has been nominated for Best Performance in Comedy and is facing stiff competition from Nancy Nyambura of Mashtaka and Jastorina as well as Steven Opondo of Classmates.

The voting process kicks off today (June 10) through to July 11.
