Brown Mauzo releases new song directed to his ex, Akothee
Image: Brown MauzoIt is indeed true that back in the day Brown Mauzo was once Akothee’s man. However, they fell out due to some issues that are yet to be revealed and the two musicians carried on with their lives.
Since then Brown Mauzo has been doing just fine with his career and so far has managed to work with AliKiba and Rich Mavoko from Tanzania and rumour has it that he is aiming higher this year.
His ex Akothee on the other hand has been winning awards and paying for collaborations with big African singers who have pushed her name to another level.
Anyway, Brown Mauzo is back with a new song dubbed Apotee which clearly rhymes with Akothee’s name. The singer talks about not having enough money however he was not planing on letting go of his love this time around.

The chorus sounds like he is calling out Akothee’s name and the beats are also familiar as this song was recorded in Tanzania by long-time Alikiba’s producer Man Walter.
The dancers featured in this new jam are seen dancing like Akothee meaning that Brown Mauzo was keen on the message he was sending out to his ex, right?
