Citizen TV anchor Lillian Muli has shed light on the agony of undergoing a breakup from a loved one; she parted ways with her estranged husband Moses Njuguna Kanene years ago.

The beautiful Citizen TV anchor filed for divorce at the Chief Magistrate’s Court at Milimani in Nairobi, on January 7th 2016. And what’s the reason for filing for the divorce?

In the divorce case No 19 of 2016, Lillian cited adultery, cruelty and desertion as the reasons behind the impending divorce from Kanene.

The Citizen TV news anchor claimed that her husband was adulterous, cheated on her with several women before running away from her.

Lillian has finally talked about her painful separation from her husband, she explained that breakup was hard because no one wants to start all over again.

The gorgeous Citizen TV anchor also revealed she was ready to get in another relationship – only that she wants a suitor who is sweeter than her solitude.

“We stay in unfulfilling relationships because we are petrified of being alone. Breakups are hard because no one wants to start all over again. The worst pain though is to be in a relationship that makes you feel lonelier than you felt when you were single. My alone feels so good I’ll only have you if you’re sweeter than my solitude,” Lillian Muli wrote.
