Bishop Margaret Wanjiru Among Many Kenyans Irked By What 7 Kanjos Did To A Disabled Woman (Video)

City County askaris are known for their unchallenged brutality and heinous crimes against hawkers which mostly go unpunished. They did it again only this time the victim was a disabled woman!

It was only in January that Nairobi Senator Mike Sonko threatened to resign following the brutality of kanjos.

City County askaris are once again wagging on people’s tongue after a video popped showing kanjos mistreating a disabled woman on a wheelchair.

Nairobi gubernatorial aspirant, Bishop Margaret Wanjiru, was among many Kenyans who expressed their frustrations with kanjos.

“I don’t understand how a City Askari can handle a disabled person in this manner. The reports of City Askaris of harassing, stabbing hawkers even to the extent of killing them has escalates! This must STOP!

As a solution, once elected as Governor:

1. Allocate business areas for the hawkers and build modern markets for them (China is a good example of how modern markets work). When I was the Starehe Mp, I built stalls at various places within Nairobi and I gave them for free. We will ensure that Nairobi has the highest standard of cleanliness than other other County.

2. Take the City askaris through training on how to better serve the people of Nairobi. People must be treated with dignity
