While most thought the ‘My City My Town’ rapper acted inappropriately on live television because liquor had taken the best of him, Prezzo was all too aware of what he was doing.

In an interview with Monday Blues, Betty Okari revealed Prezzo wasn’t really drunk. She speculates the rapper was only seeking publicity.

“He wasn’t really high, I think he wanted to cause an uproar.” Betty Okari was quoted as saying.
