Battle of the Bands Brings You the Biggest Foam Machine in Africa. It Will Snow In Kenya

Ramps & Amps V: Foam Party Edition takes place on the 23rd of November at the French School (next to Yaya Centre) on Argwings Kodhek Road between 10.00 a.m. and 6.00 p.m.

Being the fifth edition of the battle between Kenya’s top rock bands, it will be celebrated with various activities including extreme sports and a music festival.

There will be, what is described as, ‘the best foam machine in the country’. It will snow at the event. The 1800W of jet canon foam is something you don’t want to miss.

Covering the music section will be 15 rock bands and 10 EDM DJs battling for supremacy. There will also be 10 photographers to ensure none of the action is missed. Other events expected at the event include:

There will be no advance tickets. All tickets will be sold at the gate. Entry is Kshs. 500. VIP tickets are Kshs. 1,000.

Registration for the band and DJ battle was closed on September 30th. The auditions will take place tomorrow, 16th November at EWD Studio near NPC Valley Road at Kedong House (the same building that houses Slims Lounge), 2nd Floor Room 6.
