Bamboo Deletes His Accusation About Bruce Odhiambo Raping A Woman Then Exposes Anisa Njeri Ndisi As The Victim

Bamboo has taken down the post he had made accusing Bruce Odhiambo of rape. The post which I found not only brazen but in bad taste accused Bruce Odhiambo of raping a woman, Bamboo’s ex and then defrauding Bamboo of 3 million shillings. Though the post has since been deleted, you can read it here.

When I called up Bruce, he raised some valid questions and I too had some of my own such as why Bamboo is posting an allegation about a criminal act instead of simply reporting the matter to police. But I guess the lad has his reasons.

When he took down his post, he reiterated his accusation but said that he was taking it down because his ex girlfriend and friend had asked him to take it down. Bamboo then went on to tag her to the post -most likely to assert authenticity.

This was his message:

Well for my friend and ex sake Anisa Njeri Ndisi whom i just spoke with over the phone, I have decided to take the post down. But not because the story is not true. It’s for other reasons such as the timing of this story and what is going on in Anisa’s life right now. But there are other victims out there who have no voice. And that is who we speak for. Since nairobbery we have always been against political figures who enjoy impunity. Guess its still nairobbery. Peace.
