Choices Baricho road is best known for Choices Thursdays that gives a platform to singers and bands to wow live. For a long time however, hiphop guys were left out, unless they collaborated with bands. Always prudent to stick with your original vision which is live bands on stage which is what the patrons wanted.

Well they launched a new event, every Tuesday just for the hiphop lovers. The first offering was graced by Dj , read about that here. Wel this time, they are bringing Dj Blinky Bill producer of Just a band! Entry is absolutely free so fret not. As they announced, the month of May is the Hip Hop Appreciation month. Every Tuesday of every month be ready to get ready to get in the Nairobi state of hip hop. Thus tomorrow, 21st May 2013, is Dday!

And about DJ Blinky Bill. Blinky is the producer of the biggest experimental group in Kenya; Just A Band. He has huge love for hip hop and is heavily influenced by the culture. As an artist and producer he paves way in how other African musicians should approach their craft – with diligence and interest.
