Ashamed Of Poor Results? Starehe Boys Center All Quiet And Locks Off Journalists

As students all over the country celebrate their results and jubilant schools from Alliance to Chavakali buzz with song and dance as they celebrate the announcement of the KCSE results,

it is all quite at Starehe Boys School and Center. The one time perennial academic giant has been having something sort of a lull failing to top the KCSE results with the dominance and consistency of years gone by. This time round, they have even gone a step further of shying away from the media.

Journalists attempting to gain access to the school have been shielded from access by guards who said they had instructions not to allow any journalist in. This has led to speculation that the school could have under-performed greatly this year. Management disputes have also rocked the institutions once the exemplification of success achieved through hardwork and unity of purpose.
