After Yesterday’s Incidents Of A Man Raping His Wife In Front His Children , Here Is Sauti Sol’s Heartfelt Message On Violence
Violence against women and children has been the dominating the news in recent days and just yesterday two incidents highlighted the dangers of the vulnerable.
The man who beat his wife and raped her in front of her children as well as the lady who burnt her children as punishment are such sad examples. Well, Kenya’s leading band Sauti Sol have decided to do a message discouraging the use of violence. Here is the message
In too many countries around the world, being a man is about toughness and showing others who’s boss. But hitting your girlfriend means you are the one with the problem. As Sauti Sol says, we need to find a way to solve our problems with our words, not our fists. Stopping violence is in our hands. Share our film and help to #ENDviolence against Africa’s children.
