A Land Full Of Thieves! Three Kenyans Con Saudi Arabian Prince About 1 Billion Agriculture Investment
Kenyans are really hard people to defend. When the president in his wisdom stated that Kenya is a land full of thieves the whole nation was up in protest at what they termed bad representation.
Well, A Saudi prince has learnt the truth of the president’s words the hard way. The Saudi royalty Prince Sultan Bin Nasser Bin Abdul Aziz Al Saud is in court suing three Kenyans after they transferred ownership of his multi-billion farming project to their own company and listed themselves as majority shareholders.
The Prince says 900 out of 1000 shares of the Arafco Agriculture Integration Company by his three Kenyan partners in fraudulent manner to their company Milestone Developers Limited. Given that he was a foreigner, he needed to find local partners for his agricultural project and that is when he sought the help of three Kenyans, Mohammed Koriow Nur, Mohammedulamin Mohamud , and Mohammed Hirei Bare Ahmed who had a shair of 6%, 3% and 1% respectively for a cumulative 10%.
They were to contribute a total of 30 million while the Prince was set to fund the project to a tune of 30 million. The traders however, went ahead and forged a signature changing the ownership of the firs.
This is after the [Prince had paid 2 million to ADC in order to lease 100,000 acres of land and has been paying the required rent. The three are under investigations as the Arabian Prince awaits the verdict as he had already invested USD 800,000.
