A Day After Nana Gichuru’s Tragic Accident, A Matatu Rams Into A Nissan X-Trail In The CBD And Drama Ensues (Video)

Flouting basic traffic rules is the cause of most road accidents on Kenyan roads. Only a day after the country witnessed the fatal accident that robbed the life of actress Nana Gichuru, another crash happened in the CBD.

Even before detectives could figure out what really happened in the case of Nana Gichuru’s accident (even though some suggest it was reckless driving), two motorists yesterday collided in the CBD in broad daylight.

The accident took place along Moi Avenue. The driver of a Nissan X-Trail was trying to make an illegal U-Turn oblivious of the oncoming traffic.

Even before he could finish negotiating the corner, a matatu rammed into the side of his SUV thrusting it a few meters away.

Lucky no one was killed. Only metal and glasses got damaged. Onlookers quickly flocked the accident scene. This was before the two drivers traded accusations and almost exchanged fists.
