The ‘Kikulacho’ hit maker is back in limelight and this time round he was on a mission to prove critics wrong.

Speaking to Bongo 5, Mr. Nice said he was building a mansion in his rural home in Moshi. This was after he posted photos of a house under construction and a stack of cash on his Facebook page.

Mr. Nice told Bongo 5 he still has lots of money he earned during his heydays contrary to the belief that he was impoverished.

Mr. Nice is an alcoholic whose overindulgence in liquor saw him dropped by Kenyan recording labels, Candy n Candy and Grandpa Records.

He tried a comeback to music but liquor took the best of him hampering his efforts. It’s surprising he still has money left somewhere for him to use to construct a mansion.
