Lillian Muli Shares Her Biggest Secret, No One Saw This Coming

When she made her debut at Citizen TV, we all recognized that Lillian Muli was not your quintessential news anchor.She was eloquent, attractive and oozed confidence and sex appeal in her figure-hugging dresses, a break from those fugly suits news-anchors were known to wear.

When you think of Lillian, the one adjective you can describe her with is confident, but as she revealed, she is actually a very shy person. And every time she gets up on a podium to address a crowd or on TV she fights a constant battle to overcome her shyness.

“If I have made it this far, anyone else can make it. I am the shyest person you will ever come across and even as I address you now, my body is shaking.” She disclosed while speaking to a crowd of youths at Machakos People’s Park.

Lillian also revealed that getting to the top was not easy as she faced constant rejection from local media houses until KTN gave her a chance.

She also went to encourage the youth to pursue their dreams and work hard just like she did and be relentless when it comes to pursuing what they want. “It’s always prudent to know what you want in life, believe in yourself and go for it whatever the cost.” She said.
