Cold As Ice! Nation Boss, Tom Mshindi Explains Why Editor Galava Was Fired On Facebook!

The corporate world can be quite vicious and murky controlled at times with powers far beyond one’s control as one Dennis Galava found out.

Well, getting the side from Galava’s side you cannot help but feel a touch of sympathy but when the explanation is coming form his boss, Tom Mshindi, you forget about pity and get the real picture on just how cold the industry can be. Here is how he explained to a freelancer on Facebook who was questioning NMG decison to sack Galava. 

“Bwana Ustadh Kapchanga, I respect your views but appreciate that we are not mad people who do irrational things. Institutions are governed in specific ways and it does not matter what your personal views are. I have been around long enough not to know what rules are and to bend to the whims of supposed external forces. Media seems to be the only place where managers are supposed to manage by mob prompting. It is not right. As always, history will be the judge.”
