When you look at the beautiful Grace Msalame it can be pretty hard to tell she is the mother of twins now 5 year olds.

She has managed to juggle her mother duties pretty well along with her demanding profession looking she’s just fresh out of campus. Despite the challenges she has come out better and she shared her experience on her blog celebrating her twins different traits.
