After Repeated Failures Under ODM, Veteran Comedian KJ Runs To Jubilee For Survival

Politics has proven to the mother of many turncoats with the adage ‘there are no permanent enemies in politics’ ringing ever so true in Kenyan politics.

The recent move by celebrated veteran comedian Kiarie John popularly known as KJ is a clear testament of the statement. Ever since he joined ODM at the start of his political career, has been a staunch supporter and defender of the ODM cause until recently.

The comedian and one time cartoonist for Sunday Nation running the popular ‘head on corrishon’, has been pretty critical of his opponents and those of ODM especially of Beth Mugo.

However, after these failed to provide dividends including his loss to Simba Arati in the last party nominations, KJ has had enough and decided to move on to the other side in what can be termed as a survival move. His latest campaign poster affirms this and he is already singing the presidents tune of all the parties under Jubilee to dissolve and members join JAP. Only time will tell whether his move pays dividends.
