Busted! People Looting From Accident Victims In Southern Bypass (Photo)

There have been cases of people looting from accidents especially oil and beer tankers and trucks.

Some even loot from the victims but at least try to help them. With a looting culture so ingrained it was not a surprise that the incident at the Southern Bypass happened.

After a matatu overturned, eager ‘vultures’ preyed on the victims possessions dashing off without even a thought on the victim’s welfare.

It may be January but such brazen in humanity is just too callous and a reflection of just how desperate a majority of the populace has become. Here is the photo
