University of Nairobi is indeed in dire need of saving as with every incident matters spiral out of hand.

The University senate had just announced the sudden and indefinite closure of the university’s campuses countrywide following the post election chaos. The students however seemed not pleased with the action and have resorted to more riots opposing the decision. Having burnt the SONU offices in the main campus earlier, they have now turned to Mamlaka Hostels Prefab 7 used by first year Engineering students.
