The interesting condition for purchase is that the new owner gets to live with the octogenarian owner of the house Hugh Hefner. The buyer will however get control over the home theater, swimming pool, tennis court and even a zoo license.

The house may have faded into obscurity in recent times but the case against Bill Cosby shone spotlight on it after it emerged that 60 of his accusers claimed he had assaulted them while at the mansion. Well it all remains to be seen who will fork nout the cash and still be content to live with the once ultimate Playboy for the rest of his life.
