3rd Year Masinde Muliro University student brutally stabs his girlfriend to death after busting her locked inside a room with another man
The tragic incident at Masinde Muliro University happened the same way like the one at Kenyatta University where a female student was stabbed to death by her boyfriend.
Of late, university love triangles have resulted to bloodshed. A shocking incident at Masinde Muliro University where a girl was stabbed to death has left many wondering what has come of university students.
Just late July 2016, 22-year-old Kenyatta University student, Edinas Nyainda, was stabbed to death by her 30-year-old boyfriend, Maxwell Okoth, in Kahawa Wendani.
An insecure Maxwell reportedly stabbed his girlfriend 30 times in the stomach because she was dumping him.

Fast forward to October 2016, a third year student at Masinde Muliro University of Science and Technology (MMUST) has been arrested after he stabbed his girlfriend to death.
Just like the tragic Kenyatta University incident in July, the girl who was killed had told the suspect two months ago that she was no longer interested in their relationship.
eDaily reports that Kakamega County Police Commander, Tito Kilonzi, said that the suspect didn’t want to let go his girlfriend; he drunk himself silly on Tuesday 11th October before returning to the girl’s house in the evening, broke in and stabbed her to death.
The killer Masinde Muliro University student fled from the scene but he was however apprehended by the police later.
