Caroline Mutoko Still Devastated By The Death Of Her Beloved Sister Who Died Under Strange Circumstances

One year on, the pain of losing a sister is still eating through Caroline Mutoko!

Regina Mutoko passed on last year in September; she had an accident in the bathroom which was taught to be the cause of her death.

It was later revealed that pulmonary embolism (a blood clot that blocks blood flowing through an artery that feeds the lungs) was the cause of Regina’s death.

One year has elapsed since Regina died but not even time has nabbed the pain Caroline Mutoko is still feeling.

The former radio queen revealed her heart was still throbbing with pain in an emotional post she wrote on social media.

“My mind knows you’re in a better place. You are at peace. I understand that. I just wish I could explain that to my aching heart. Miss you Reggie. Miss you terribly.”
